The CB East Patriots have launched their 2025 football season with a strong 3-1 record, proving they’re a force to be reckoned with in the region. Under the leadership of Coach Donnelly, the team has demonstrated grit, teamwork, and playmaking ability on both sides of the ball.
The Patriots opened the season with a 20-14 win over Ridley, where Alex White brought the team to life with a huge kick return touchdown that set the tone early. White said, “Once I caught the ball and saw the blockers set up a wall for me, I turned on the jets and I was off to the races and scored.”

In their second game, CB East edged out Cheltenham 17-14 in a nail-biter capped off by a clutch, game-winning field goal from Cole Wojnicki that sent the sidelines into celebration. Wojnicki’s calm, collective view on this was, “I had extreme confidence in my kicking ability and the rest of the field goal team. I knew from the get-go it was dead center and going in.”

In Week 3, the Patriots dominated Council Rock North with a commanding 50-7 victory, showing just how dangerous they can be when firing on all cylinders. Both the offense and defense executed flawlessly, with standout performances across the board.
The team’s only loss came in a hard-fought rivalry against CB South, falling 21-14. Despite the result, the Patriots showed heart and battled until the final whistle, keeping the game close and competitive throughout.
Key players have stepped up in big moments this season. Running back Mike Price has been a consistent weapon in the backfield, while linemen Timmy Fuhrmeister, Magnus Figueroa, and Dan Kirk have anchored both the offensive and defensive lines with strength and discipline. Samuel Cano-Piszel has made his presence felt as a two-way player at linebacker and tight end, and Gavin Mullevey has been solid at center. Mullevey has given us his view on the rest of the season, “The season if off to a great start with the o-line getting a good push up front in the trenches. We have been doing very well blocking for our skill guys, even though we lost to South it doesn’t mean the season is over, it’s only fuel for the rest of the season.”

With momentum on their side and strong leadership across the roster, the CB East Patriots are set for an exciting rest of the season. If the early weeks are any sign, this team isn’t done turning heads.
